Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please read through our policy carefully. We’ve made it as smooth and transparent as possible.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return is requested and shipped back within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging must be included.
- The Rimara Paris product tag must be attached to the item. We cannot accept returns if the tag has been removed.
- You must include proof of purchase (e.g., order number, confirmation email).
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain the highest hygiene standards.
- Complete the return form included in your original packaging.
- Carefully pack your item(s), ensuring the product tag is intact and the packaging is undamaged.
- Send the return using a trackable shipping method to the return address provided on the form.
- Rimara Paris does not cover the cost of return shipping.
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- If your return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), return shipping will be covered by us.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Return costs (as noted above) will be deducted before the refund is processed.
- Rimara Paris is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping.
- We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet the required conditions (e.g., worn, damaged, missing tag).
- This policy applies only to purchases made via rimaraparis.com.
