Jewelry care
Our collections are crafted in gold vermeil and 14K gold PVD-plated stainless steel. Different materials require different care, so we have put together everything you need to keep your Rimara jewellery looking its best.

Gold vermeil deserves a little extra care.
To preserve its finish, avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions and harsh chemicals. We recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming or exercising.
After wearing, gently wipe your piece with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, clean it carefully with lukewarm water and a mild soap. Pat dry with a soft cloth and allow the piece to dry completely before storing.
Treat it well. Wear it often.
Made for everyday wear.
Our 14K gold PVD-plated pieces are crafted from premium stainless steel and finished using a durable PVD coating. They are water-resistant and designed to withstand everyday wear.
To keep your jewellery looking its best, we still recommend limiting prolonged contact with chlorine, salt water, perfume and harsh chemicals. After contact with water, simply dry your piece with a soft cloth.
Low maintenance. Never no maintenance.
Jewellery changes with the way it is worn.
Skin pH, beauty products, chemicals and daily habits can all influence the appearance of your jewellery over time. This is natural and may vary from person to person.
Always check the material listed on the product page before following a care routine. Gold vermeil and PVD-plated stainless steel should be cared for differently.
How you store it matters.
Keep your Rimara pieces in a dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Store pieces separately where possible to prevent scratching and unnecessary friction.
For gold vermeil, we recommend storing your jewellery in its original Rimara packaging when it is not being worn.
